  • Check internally how your colleagues service the client | every market should have the same service level
  • Try to set up a market specific workshop - you will notice that the knowledge is totally different between each market
  • Make sure that you have enough consuling hours in place, otherwise your projects may get stuck. We suggest to plan your hours "generous"
  • Workflow: Update PP - Internal call / global weekly call / workshops globally

Best practice

  • Make sure that you discuss / approve the Project Plan with your Manager / Consultant / Project Manager & Client
  • Do weekly calls and update each party on a regular base
  • Involve your Manager in an early stage if you see that something doesn't work as intended
  • Assign owners and timelines to each party

Challenges

  • Each Project Plan looks different - gather all expetations before your start working on something
  • Timelines: Some items will high likely get stuck and you will need to justify this.
