adventure and outbound excursions

Experience the wilderness of Alaska, safely with our team of expert guides. With the Kenai Peninsula State Park in our backyard and thousands of miles of ocean, secret lakes and rivers, glaciers and hiking trails, you can create those bucket list memories, you have dreamed about.

Black bears can be found in the Kenai Peninsula State Park region and the famous Alaskan brown bears can be found after a short float plane or helicopter ride to Brooks Falls or Katmai National Park
Experience majestic glaciers with their tranquil colors of blues, created from hundreds of years of snow melting and forming into ice.
Explore glacier fields and lakes by float plane, boat, kayak or helicopter.
One of our unique experiences available due to the close proximity of glaciers is a curated kayak journey through a glacier lake.
With our Southcentral location, we are surrounded by crystal clear lakes so translucent, you can watch the salmon grab your line. We create extraordinary fishing experiences, keeping the lakes our secret for an exclusive guest adventure.
Ocean fishing in Alaska can be the ultimate fishing experience. Starting from the time you leave the dock in a heated stable boat with a professional Alaska fishing coach and casting the first line to returning to the lodge with your day's catch of salmon, halibut and rock fish.
King Salmon is one of the local favorites of our guests. Our fishing coaches provide cleaning, storage and shipping as well.
To experience some of the finest fishing experiences in the region, we have created a helicopter fishing experience to one of our secret lake locations.
One of our popular family experiences is to head to a nearby island with mountain bikes and a guide, spending the day riding groomed trails and stopping for lunch to take in all the beautiful scenery. Stop as you pass Gull's Island on your return to see red-faced cormorants and puffins at this protected bird rookery.
Sightseeing Alaska's wilderness, serine lakes, snow topped mountains. Watch for white mountain goats as they climb the smallest of ridges or capture a moose and her fawn as they walk through the forest, unaware that you have captured them in the lens of our camera.
Helicopters are a way of life in Alaska and what better way to experience hiking than to fly to the top of a mountain and hike your way down, with a guide, picked up at the bottom by our team in the resorts boat.
