Tip #4: I am getting WAY to many popup ads on my computer.

Tip #5: I think I have malware on my computer, what should I do?
  • You could check using a TRUSTED scan website.
  • You could contact your security provider (if you have one) and have them check for malware.
  • If you don't have a security provider, you should DEFINITELY get one, and then have them check for malware.

Tip #6: I got a message on my computer saying that malware has been detected on it.

DO NOT CLICK ON THE MESSAGE!! ANYWHERE ON IT! More than likely, it's a fake message planted by a hacker to get you to actually INSTALL the MALWARE ON YOUR PHONE! All you have to do is press Alt+F4 on your computer, DO NOT CLICK ANY OF THE BUTTONS! NOT EVEN THE X!

Tip 7: I can't access any of my online files or surf the web.

Make sure all of the internet cables are plugged in, from the computer side and the wall side, also make sure the right cables are plugged into the right plugs.

Tip 8: My computer is telling me that my password is incorrect.

Tip 9: What are the tell signs of viruses? I think I might have them

Tip 10: My phone is running low on storage, what should I do?
