We have all seen them, those adverts that promise you instant results if you swallow their pill, the kilograms and centimeters will just melt away and you don't have to do anything to get all the gains.
THIS IS A LIE. NO PILL ON EARTH WILL MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT CHANGING YOUR EATING/EXERCISE HABITS AND KEEP IT OFF ONCE YOU STOP USING IT.
The whole idea behind a diet is also flawed, you can't change your eating habits for a week or two and stay skinny; it is ludicrous. In order to change your weight for good one of two things have to happen.
YOU EITHER CHANGE YOU EATING HABITS OR YOUR EXERCISING HABITS. Hopefully both.
