AI-lakwat-ZA Adventures & Travels

Lakwatsa in Filipino means that you are going out somewhere or to hang out with someone. I combined it with my name and came up with AI-lakwat-Za page. This is the story on how I became a wanderer / traveller at heart and I am proud to share my travel experiences, stories and photos in different places I visited. -- Aiza Felipe ❀️

Potipot Island, Zambales - December 2010
Boat ride going to the island from our hotel. We stayed at Dawal Beach Resort for the whole day of event.
My first out of town trip in my entire life with SBSN High School Faculty (2010)
Baguio City - Panagbenga Festival February 2012

I don't have much picture here because it was my first time in Baguio City and instead of taking pictures I just enjoy the place especially the weather. It was early morning that i took a bath in the transient house that we rented and i was freezing and chilling because the water heater went down and i don't have a choice but to use the super cold water..Ahhhh!!!😨😨

Baguio was crowded that time because of the festival and it was hard to find a bus back home. I decided to ride a deluxe bus instead of a regular airconditioned bus but with higher fare and it was so amazing. You can sit there like a boss with your legs stretched with free meals, no stop over and there's a comfort room if you need to pee. 😬😬

I was curious and tried to pee in their CR..Lol! It's too shaky inside that you need to hold tight and balance yourself. Hahahaha!!! It was my first travel with my own money / expenses and hoorrrraaayyy i made it. πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

San Pablo, Laguna - October 2014 Pandin Lake & Underground Cemetery
Nagcarlan Underground Cemetery -- We didn't see the underground cemetery itself because we didn't know that it was close every Monday. We only took the picture from the outside. This is not like other creepy cemeteries it looks like a park with green grasses, blue skies but with lots of tombs..hahahaha
View of Yambo Lake -- Twin lake of Pandin. Perfect holiday with them to relax and unwind. Oh by the way say hi to my shiny forehead. Lol! πŸ˜‚
Swimming at Pandin Lake -- Before you see this hidden paradise you need to walk / trek for atleast 15 minutes from the main road. There's a raft waiting to tour you around the lake but make sure that you already informed them that you're going there a week before your prefer date. This is only a halfday tour with meals served. Don't worry about the food it's great! And trust me when it comes to food, it's my expertise..HahahahaπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Š

2015 : Year that I traveLled most

Lingayen, Pangasinan - March 2015
Six (6) hours travel from Manila but super worth it after I saw the place. I stayed overnight at El Puerto Marina Beach Resort and tour the entire city the whole day. The super fine sand gently massages your feet once you walk through them with a peaceful surrounding. The only thing that you can hear are the waves and it's super perfect if you want to relax your soul. πŸ˜ƒ
Perfect weather and perfect view...You have blue skies, trees & bright sun to start your day. What a wonderful creations of God! πŸ‘†πŸΌπŸ˜‡
This is my favorite part, watching the sunset at the beach. I decided not to swim that time because I am the only one at the beach area and so the waves are big too. Yes I'm afraid to swim alone! Tssskkkkk..I hope someday there's one person who will sit beside me to watch the perfect sunset and to be with me in every adventure of my life. #MrRightπŸ˜πŸ‘ŠπŸΌβ€οΈ
Zamboanga City - July 2015
NAIA Terminal 3 -- This was my first ever airplane ride and I'm excited and a bit nervous as well. Because of my curiosity I interviewed and asked some of my friends on their first airplane ride experiences. I watched videos on youtube too. Hahahaha πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Up, up and away with the sea of clouds..Hooray!! It was a smooth ride. 😊❀️
Touchdown Zamboanga at lunch time and immediately went to my Aunt's place. They served "curacha" for lunch. I don't have a picture of it but it looks like a combination of lobster and crab and it was really really good. We took some rest and goes out for dinner and a quick visit to a miraculous church. The locals of Zamboanga speaks "Tsabakano" or spanish language and the usual food here are chicken and seafoods because almost of the population here are Muslims and they don't eat pork.
The day before we went back to Manila my Aunt's brother and his wife decided to gave me and my cousin a tour. We went to a running river with super clear water and it's so relaxing. After that we went to a high mountain where you can see the whole Zamboanga City. While going up you'll see a replica of every station of the cross and they said that the place is crowded during holy week season. We went back home almost late and the dinner were already served. What an experience, muchas gracias Zamboanga and to my Aunt's family. 😊😊
Acuaverde Beach Resort - July 2015
Our family decided to have a short vacation near Manila. So we searched thru internet and we found this resort in Laiya, Batangas. They offer what we needed like: beach front resort, full board meals, beach hopping and especially the water activities which was enjoyed by everyone. Once we arrived they gave us cold sampaloc juice as a welcome drink and it's good.
Ready for our buffet dinner! Yehey..the food served was great and tasty definitely you'll come back again and again. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜πŸ˜Š
Waiting for our boat for our snorkeling activities.
Me and my cousins already in the water and ready ourselves for snorkeling and fish feeding. We saw different types of fishes and corals and it took us an hour to finished this activity and went back to the resort for another water adventure.
After breakfast, there you go jet skiing..Woooohhhhh!!!! I tried to drove it and it's amazing but it's too painful to your arms afterall.
Flyfish the best water activity that i tried. You need to hold vey tight because it's literally flying.. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ After you tried this, you'll definitely have a sore throat because of too much shouting.. Hahaha
Ready to go back to Manila. We only stayed overnight here but it's super worth it especially when you're with your family and loved ones. πŸ‘πŸ»β€οΈ
Pangasinan Version 2 - August 2015
We traveled late afternoon of Saturday and we arrived almost dinner and we decided to ate at Dagupan City where there's a lot of eatery who served their famous dish "pigar-pigar" (it's a beef menu).
Pigar-pigar..ooooohhhhh yummmyyy!!!
These seeds is amazing when you try to throw it in the water it will pop just like a small version of fire crackers.😊
Thank you so much Pangasinan. I am forever in love and greatful to this place. 😍
