Electrical and electronic engineers work closely with electrical engineers. They work primarily in manufacturing settings, engineering services, the federal government, research and development laboratories, and the utilities industry.

Employment of electrical and electronic engineers is projected to to be little from no change from 2014 to 2024. Change in employment tempered by slow-growth or decline in most manufacturing sectors in which electrical and electronic engineers are employed.

Education

To be one of these engineers, you need to have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology at college

Why I Chose this Career

I chose this career because i was interested in how they fix things with different types of electricity. Electrical Engineers are a valuable asset to our everyday life and they help in a bunch of ways in society.
