Getting VIP Status on your Next Cruise!

The largest of the cruise lines can carry thousands of passengers, and it is easy to feel as though you are lost in the crowd. However, there are a few simple measures you can take to improve your status on the cruise and to enhance the attention you receive from the staff. As a travel professional, we book many, many passengers each year on cruises. Here are a few tips we have found that work to raise your profile aboard ship and to enhance your vacation aboard!

Let us book your cruise!

Because we book so many cruises with the various cruise lines, we have a bit of pull for you! We have access to special packages, perks and a bit of insider knowledge we can use to better position you on every sailing. We know the business development managers for all of our cruise lines and can obtain the very best values for you when you cruise.

Join the frequent traveler’s program with your cruise line.

Traveling frequently on the same cruise line has its benefits. Practically every cruise line has a program for repeat cruisers, and joining these clubs is a great way to ensure some special treatment and benefits on your cruise. Upgrades, special invitations, priority disembarkation, exclusive lounges and other perks are all a part of these programs.

The better your cabin, the more attention you receive.

It will come as no surprise passengers in outside balcony and suite cabins receive superior attention from staff. This is one area where we can greatly assist as our industry connections often allow us to obtain upgrades for you into a better cabin and positioning on the ship. The luxury suites and cabins often come with dedicated staff on some lines.

Special occasion? Let me know.

Communicate every aspect of your trip with us! If your cruise celebrates a birthday or anniversary, we will be sure to let the staff know in advance. We also sometimes obtain access to shipboard credits and other perks we can use to enhance the trip for you.

Build relationships onboard.

Once you are onboard, be sure to treat the cruise line staff, waiters, bartenders and cruise directors with appreciation and respect. Open up with them, let them know how happy you are to be with them and how special the trip is to you. Taking the time to introduce yourself and to make small talk can go a long ways!

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible cruise experience. In fact, our mission is to match you perfectly with the cruise line, the ship and the itinerary that is right for you. We want to assist you in making great vacation decisions and we are here for you every step of the way. Give us a call and let us help you have the cruise you deserve!
