I’d like to draw your attention to one element of the hybrid war that Russia uses in Crimea.

At the moment, Crimean Tatars and pro-Ukrainian people in Crimea are living under brutal terror. People go missing. Some people are found tortured and killed. Searches, intimidation are carried out by the occupation authorities. A wide range of measures are taken to make Crimean Tatars, pro-Ukrainian minded residents to leave Crimea.

In addition:

Russia plunders museum exhibits and works of art from Crimea. Ukrainian cultural monuments being destroyed. Ukrainian-language education institutions including schools have already been destroyed. Ukrainian churches are gone.

People from Russia - the military and their family, the Cossacks, the lumpen proletariat, people with no fixed occupation are massively entering the deserted houses, apartments. Under the promise of an easy life. Russia squeezes the native population of Crimea out, the Russians are brought in their place.

Murder, deportation with subsequent settlement of the occupied territory is a common tactic of the Kremlin. There are many examples in the Russian history. Such as the Red Terror in Crimea in 1920-1921, where more than 150 000 people have been killed. In place of the killed Russians came. Such as the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-1933. The result was the deaths of 4 to 5 million Ukrainians. Then, in empty houses, in apartments of the dead, people from Russia were brought and settled. Such as murder and deportation of the Crimean Tatars in 1944. Russians were brought and settled the abandoned houses. One can cite many examples: Königsberg / Kaliningrad, the Baltic countries... The same story is repeated today.

The purpose of Putin's trick is simple and obvious: when the liberation of Crimea begins, the whole gang will throw a fit about the infringement of the rights of Russian-speaking population. NGOs will be involved, which would inflate artificially created problem of Russian-speaking population in Crimea. Protests of those people in support of Russia will be organized. At the same time, they will modestly hold back the fact that these people are actually occupiers’ collaborators and accomplices in war crimes. Occupants are preparing to create so-called problem of the Russian-speaking population to block the return of the Crimea under Ukrainian jurisdiction.

There is another reason: many Russian terrorists and criminals are now hiding in the Crimea. Blocking the return of the Crimea to Ukraine would preserve the Crimea as a Russian terrorist base.

Russians have always turned this trick before. Our task is to prevent the realization of the plan this time.

For this purpose, it is necessary to firmly indicate the position that the situation with the deportation and resettlement is well known. That the international community will not be misled this time. It is necessary to strictly and consistently adhere to the line, that neither invaders nor their imported accomplices may have no civil rights in the territory of the Crimea occupied by them. In the process of liberation of the Crimea is unacceptable to give the Russians an opportunity to weaken that position.

Consistent and rigid position of European and US leaders is very important for the Ukrainians. Important are declarations that this time the Russian terrorists will not work the trick with forced relocation of people of the whole region.

Russian terrorists has brought a lot of grief and tears to Ukraine and Crimea. If the crimes in Crimea go unpunished now, who knows, the people of which country the Russians want to be deported in the future. Impunity gives rise to new crimes.

International organizations funded by the Kremlin have to be identified and exposed. It should be more rigorous attitude to politicians who are campaigning for the protection of the Russian-speaking population in the occupied territories. We should realize that such statements is a fraud in favor of the Kremlin. History teaches us that you can not believe a word of Russian politicians or their supporters. The terrorists without conscience and without honor do not have a Word.

I ask you to prevent the implementation of the Kremlin's plans for the Crimea. Also ask you clearly indicate your position regarding this aspect of Putin's hybrid war.

It is mandatory the assets of all persons involved in the annexation of the Crimea to be arrested including collaborators from the Ukrainian side. Please support the energy, transport and trade blockade of the Crimea. Your clear position on the issue is very important.
