Swiss Permanent Residency program expanding our employer sponsored Permanent Residency program in the region as the foreign national population has grown rapidly in this region. impact- HIGH

Lead Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy Global Ops: Ensure Adobe continues to be recognized on the CEI list Global Ops: Provide data analysis on internal global mobility practices and trends to identify areas and insights that support diversity

Program BREXIT- Global Program and Technology management for work permit tracking capability to ensure global compliance, including mirroring the US immigration for global regions. (BREXIT change)- impact- High

Global Retention Program and policy review- This program since the last three years has grown rapidly. Given Trump administration and Brexit this program is to support our most popular 'intern program' and support US based employees whose work permits cannot be extended. To retain key talent this program will facilitate in retaining talent by moving them to Adobe entities outside the US. Impact- HIGH

Create and develop training cheat sheets for Talent Partners in the EMEA region.

Creating training material for ERC teams in all regions specific to "Termination Process- work permit status" and understanding obligation and documentation in all region specifically in France, UK, Ireland, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, and Singapore. Impact- High compliance

Creating Global policies country specific- Countries included- Canada, France, UK, Ireland, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Japan, and Singapore.

Dubai- Develop our immigration sponsorship program to support hiring in that region.

Canada- Explore to create a sponsorship program - Given Canadian sponsorship program is tough trying to secure a single point work permit to support our Talent team

* Neolane ALL other countries immigration, cancellation matters completed.UK quota extension approved. Neolane French employee transitions into Adobe completed

UK Sponsorship quota 'increase' to support EMEA Talent Partner in bringing key talent that require Adobe Sponsored work permit. and to support GDC team that leads keys consultation.

Continued partnership with TubeMogul to support and manage global immigration matters.

Adobe entity license renewals for countries - UK, Australia, Singapore completed.

Adobe Ireland granted accredited status for work permit sponsorship. Processing timelines reduced from 4 months to approximately.2 weeks

Adobe Systems in Australia has been granted exclusive “accredited status” as a standard business sponsor. The validity period has been extended to 6 years from date of approval and due to expire 02 March 2023. Processing timelines will be much fasters.

Global Retention program- supported retention of 25 key talent in the US- Moved internationally to Adobe key locations- UK, Australia, Singapore, Germany
