What are we doing here?
(Our Scope of Work)
Quantitative Analysis
Our quantitative analysis consists of two parts:
- Review of existing RMDHNY major gifts documents, including: the current major gifts prospect pipeline, case for support materials, and historical stewardship practices, among other pieces.
- Research on 5 comparable organizations to analyze their current funding streams and fundraising practices to sketch the competitive landscape, shape how we can differentiate our approach, and identify specific prospects that we should be targeting.
Qualitative Analysis
Our qualitative analysis is all about talking to you, and those close to you.
OAI will conduct individual and facilitated group discussions with key internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of the interviews will be to incorporate input and feedback on our current Major Gifts efforts in our final recommendations.
Practical and Collaborative Design
We make and enact recommendations that work for you, work for your culture, and work for your donors.
Our team will meet weekly with the RMDHNY's leadership to update on progress, share strategies and tactics as they are developed, and ensure the plan being developed fits within the culture and capacity of RMDHNY’s current and future state.
OAI's findings and recommendations will be culminated into a final roadmap presentation to be presented at the end of June.
Interim Major Gifts Director Services
Lisa will be on-site two days a week as the interim Major Gifts Director, collaborating with you all on fundraising efforts.
