IMPACT & CSR REPORT 2017 THE FABRIC SOCIAL

MBoutik are a social enterprise run by women, for women. In the Dryzone of Myanmar, climate-insecurity goes hand in hand with poverty. That's why these ladies are forging a path of their own. The women of MBoutik are a fully unionised women-led powerhouse, and together we've developed a range of stunning handwoven cottons and natural dyes for our SS17 and AW18 collections.

Srishti are a not-for-profit that support women's economic empowerment through handloom and sericulture. Based in post-conflict Assam, Srishti specialises in silks unique to the area. From silk cocoon to fabric roll support they are leading a woman powered economic revival.

SiamixSiami is a social enterprise based in Mizoram, run by (you guessed it) - Siami. Her dream is to create good jobs for local women and to support local talent in weaving and tailoring. It's a brand new operation, but together we have already seed-funded and commenced work on a new production unit and are prepped to start training.
