Georgia is a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia, located in the middle of Western Asia and Eastern Europe. It's a precious example of the unique mixture of European and Asian culture.
Tbilisi is filled with history.
Tbilisi as known as Tiflis, is the capital and the biggest city of Georgia with the largest population 1,5 milion inhabitants. Tbilisi, that is divided into two parts by the river Mtkvari, preserves ancient architecture and combines it with the new modern one.
Despite the fact that the population in Georgia is only 4 million, Georgians have their language and writing which is ancient and unique. The Georgian scripts has three writing systems: Asomtavruli, Nuskhuri and Mkhedruli.
Tbilisi's varied history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, classical, Middle Eastern, Art Nouveau, Stalinist and Modernist structures.
If you love skiing, mountain climbing and hot wine, Georgian ski resorts are places to go.
Sighnaghi is known as a city of love. Most recommended for couples!

Gagra, Abkhazia
Prometheus Cave is one of Georgia’s natural wonders providing visitors with breathtaking examples of stalactites, stalagmites, curtains, petrified waterfalls, cave pearls, underground rivers, and lakes.
If you love sea and sun, visit Georgian sea resort called Batumi, located on the coast of the Black Sea in the country's southwest.

If you prefer not to visit mountains in winter, Batumi is speechless!

Georgia has huge culture, with unique folklore, dance, art and cuisine. It has an ancient musical tradition, which is primarily known for its early development of polyphony.The Georgian folk song "Chakrulo" was one of 27 musical compositions included on the Voyager Golden Records that were sent into space on Voyager 2 on 20 August 1977.
There are different types of Georgian folk dances that are worldwide famous.
If you like trying completely different and new tastes, Georgian cuisine will steal your heart!
And don't forget about Georgian wine! Almost every family has the traditional recipe of the wine making.
