David C. Barrett, Jr., Esq. is an agricultural legal expert, speaker, and author. He serves as general counsel of the Ohio Agri-Business Association and is past national secretary and in-house counsel of the National Grain and Feed Association.
Frank Fullin obtained his BA from OSU in economics and his JD from Capital University Law School. His is a licensed attorney in Ohio since 1985 and licensed title insurance underwriter since 1987. Frank is a member of BIA (Builders Association of Ohio), Columbus Rotary, CBR (Columbus Realtors), Commercial Real Estate Membership Committee, The Commercial Forms Committee, and Nos Lumine. He has been recognized 7 times as a notable networker by his BNI chapter where he served as chapter president 3 times. He has also received recognition multiple times from Northwest Title and some of his clients for his integrity and professionalism.

SCOTT STEVENSON, ESQ.
Mr. Stevenson joined Northwest Title in 1995 as General Counsel. In 2013 Arrow Title and Northwest Title merged to become the “Northwest Title Family of Companies” wherein Scott serves as CEO. He is also a partner in The Holfinger Stevenson Law Firm. In addition to his work for the company, Scott provides consulting services and educational classes for lenders, Realtors®, developers and investors. He is well versed in the areas of commercial real estate transactions with a focus on 1031 exchanges, short sales, bankruptcy, foreclosure and regulatory matters. Mr. Stevenson serves his industry as an active member of both the Ohio Land Title Association and American Land Title Association. He is a Past President of the Ohio Land Title Association (2008-2009), and he continues to represent and advocate on behalf of its 1000 members at the State and Federal level in regard to issues facing the title insurance industry.

JONATHAN HOLFINGER, ESQ.
Jonathan Holfinger is C.O.O. of Northwest Title Family of Companies. He obtained his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. Jonathan served as President for the Central Ohio Land Title Association in 2011 and has been a Trustee for the Board of the Ohio Land Title Association since 2013. Jonathan is well versed in real estate transactions from initial conception through closing, including negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, coordination and review of due diligence items and title insurance and escrow closing services. He advises and educates business owners, Realtors®, corporations, buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate law.
