  • Customer Success Manager assigned to provide support and resources to differentiate academic offerings in support of student and institutional outcomes. (Completed)
  • Creative Cloud deployed to Faculty,Staff, Adjunct's in School of Communications, College of Fine Arts, and others. (Completed)
  • Creative Cloud deployed to Students in the School of Communications and College of Fine Arts (Over 500 licenses have been redeemed so far)
  • Adobe Sign implemented into Accounting, Finance, and IT (ongoing)
  • Marketing Cloud implemented with Webster’s Global Marketing team (working on)
  • Joint press release in July 2016 (completed)

Year 2

  • Creative Cloud deployed to 25% of students
  • Marketing Cloud integrated into the School of Communications Curriculum

Year 3

  • Creative Cloud deployed to 100% of students
  • Creative Cloud integrated across all disciplines
  • Document Cloud will be used for unified forms creation and Adobe Sign for automation and efficiency
  • Webster will deliver a new web presence with analytics capabilities, along with a global personalized experiences with communications that are tuned to regional audiences.
  • Single Sign on integrated via the Enterprise Console for license delivery
