On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, charities, families, businesses and communities around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving through #Giving Tuesday.

As the Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels is the heart of all 287 Parish Churches and communities, serving the people of God in Los Angeles, giving life to all who reach her doors.

Our mission to serve the people of Los Angeles continues strong as it did when our Cathedral doors first opened. So far this year, we have provided community outreach to some 3,200 people in need, including the over 500 families that will be helped by our annual Christmas Adopt-A-Family program. Our new outreach endeavors also include our Family Well-Being Program, which provides rental and utilities assistance to those in most need.
