Epiphany celebrated in spain Madison biagi period a 1/13/17

Epiphany- is the "world feast of the Catholic Church". EPIPHANY is celebrated on the 12th day after Christmas, January 6th. In the us it has been moved between the 2th-8th of January.
In Spain, there is a festival on the 6th of January called "Fiesta de Los tres Reyes Mages" its means the festival of the three magic kings.
Fiesta de Los tres Reyes Mages clebrates when the wise man brought gifts to baby Jesus.
Children instead of writing to santa they write their present list to the three kings, some families don't even exchange gifts of this holiday.
On this day families put out their polished shoes on their porches on the night of January 5th also they put out different foods and drinks for the wise men
January 6th morning kids and families open their presents as they do on Christmas but they receive gifts from the wise men. on this day they also make a cake or something with a little figure of baby Jesus. Whoever gets the piece with the baby Jesus has to host New Years gathering.
