Service Design Tour: Köln is an opportunity for 16 postgraduate students to connect with design organisations based in Köln. The purpose of the tour is to 'see behind the website' and learn about challenges faced by designers working on service design projects.
On Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd February 2018, an exclusive group of postgraduate design students will visit seven design and technology organisations in the city of Köln. Each organisation has its own specialisms and the tour intends to provide access to a variety of different design workspaces, methodologies and ways of solving challenges through service design. Each visit will typically last for one hour and will include a behind-the-scenes presentation from each organisation, as well as the opportunity for students to ask questions to professionals working within the field of service design.

Questions
Where will I stay?
Feel free to make your own housing plans, we advise you to stay within the limits of the second ring of Köln (Innerer Grüngürtel). Köln is not such a big city and It won't take you long to make it from one place to another.
Why is there a ticket price?
The ticket covers the cost of traveling around the city. If you are a Köln student you still need to buy the ticket for planning purposes. We will make sure everyone gets their fair share :)
