The Title company will carry out due diligence to ensure everything is in order before we move to completion. This includes checking there are no encumbrances such as hidden debts, liens, or back taxes on the property.
Once the Title company have completed their checks on the deed you will receive your closing documents. This will be sent via email and will include a document called the HUD Statement. This statement gives you a complete breakdown of the closings costs for the property. You will need to sign and return the documents along with the final payment, once both of these are received by the Title company they can schedule the closing
