How this service is paid for
  1. You can charge the art/design and printing to your writing number. Communicorp will provide an estimate for the production of the benefit booklets. Once that estimate is provided, Communicorp will need to receive your approval in writing to charge this against your writing number. Nothing is charged against the writing number until the work is completed.
  2. If you choose to pay with a credit card, Communicorp requires a deposit of $500 to be charged against the card. That charge happens at the beginning of the process. At the end of production once the job has shipped, a credit will be issued for any unused funds or the balance due is charged against the credit card.
