St. Frances Xavier Cabrini "Saint of my birthday"

She was born July 15, 1850 in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Italy. Her name at birth was Maria Francesca Cabrini

She later died on December 22, 1917 in Chicago, IL. At the age of 67.

December 22 was her original feast day until 1970 when it was changed to November 13.

During her time on earth she wrote a book.

At age 18 she applied for a reglious congregation of the Daughters of Sacred Heart but was turned down.

She want to continue her religious mission in China but Pope Leo XIII advised her to go to the United States instead.

She was beatified on November 13, 1938

She was later canonized on July 7, 1946

Pope Pius XI was the pope that beatified her and Pope Pius XII was the pope that canonized her.

She is the patron Saint of immigrants, hospital administrators, Lincoln.

She founded 67 institutions which include some hospitals, schools, and orphanages.
