Privacy Online Is Your INFORMATION really your own?

Not that long ago, no one has ever even heard of a cell phone or even a pager. Now, as technology progresses further and further in the 21st century, there are many risks that come with becoming a member of an online community.

Today, we have to be extremely cautious with what we choose to post online. It has been shown that Facebook has used every single users' profile as part of their given research at least 10 times. When you are posting photos from your family vacation or a video from the holidays, who is really seeing it?

One way to combat these risks is through creating privacy settings on your different social media accounts. Though the company who runs the site can still access your information, you can limit who can view your profile and also how much of it they can view.
