Phase 1

Project description

In Phase one we had to get our bot through a wood wall maze.

What I Learned

I learned that the rubber tires would climb the wall and flip the bot. Therefor I used a gear for traction and a track wheel as a bumper on the wall so it would not get caught and flip the bot.

Phase 2

Project Description

In this phase we had to build and gear a robot for maximum speed.

What I Learned

I learned is that to have a very fast gear ratio you must have enough torque to move the bots wight. My bots flaw was it would move very slow and was not able to push its own wight at a high right of speed
