Boxing Yoga is not just for fighters and not just for Adults! Bring your Kiddo to be your partner! Kids can participate that are 6 yrs. of age or older. You and your child can learn basic boxing fundamentals together and practice gentle yoga poses and stretches. An hour well spent. If they need to rest, no worries, there is a sitting area off of the main floor where they can color, read or do homework. We just ask that the last 10 minutes of class, all is quiet and blissful during savasana.
