Mentorship why we all need a teacher

The relationship between Mentor and Teenager in a christian setting will produce friendships based in christian doctrine

Teen experience in church tend to leave them feeling neglected and unwanted by the older members of the church. Creating stressful church experiences or lack of church attendants at all.

The hope that the church places on teen groups to grow each other spirtually leaves out the seasoned tools that can be found in a mentorship program.

The support found from an older christian would enable a teenager to grow as well as display mature decision making skills far beyond their age expectations.

The bond between prodigy and mentor would benefit the adult as much as the teenager.

The mentorship program would produce bold teen age christians that will have their knowledge based in biblical teachings through their mentors.
