The Falcon 9 took off on 1/14/17.


The takeoff took place at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.


This article is about SpaceX launching a new rocket after their old Falcon 9 exploded. But this time, the new Falcon 9 accomplished did not explode and was able to accomplish its mission of deploying 10 satellites. The rocket was also successfully accomplish saving the first stage of the Falcon 9.

Why Is This Important To Know

This is important to know because now SpaceX has a working rocket that can deploy satellites.


I'm happy that SpaceX came up with a rocket that doesn't explode and now they can further build on this rocket to create better ones.
