REgional Science FAIR

The Central Indiana Regional Science & Engineering Fair (CIRSEF) was held on Saturday, March 2 at Marian University. Carmel Elementary had 6 participants: 5th grade: Benjamin Alcantara, Arhita Mehta and Rachel Comer; 4th grade:Hanna Yesh, Alexandra Palmer and JohnPaul Morgan.

Two of our Carmel Elementary Students were grand prize winners! 5th Grade, 1st Place: Benjamin Alcantara and 5th grade, 2nd Place: Arhita Mehta

Benjamin and Arhita will go on to represent all of Central Indiana at the state level Hoosier Science & Engineering Fair on March 30 in Indianapolis. This is a great honor because only two 5th graders are selected by CIRSEF to represent our region at the state level competition, and Carmel Elementary School produced them both!

Congratulations to all of our Science Fair students. The Carmel Elementary Science Fair has developed an excellent program with a consistent award-winning track record over the last 5 years! Hard work pays off! We are so proud of all of you!
