The Louvre Pyramid is the entrance to the infamous Louvre Museum. The pyramid and the underground lobby beneath it were created because of a series of problems with the Louvre's original main entrance, which could no longer handle the enormous number of visitors on an everyday basis.
The Eiffel Tower is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. Constructed from 1887–89 as the entrance to the 1889 World's Fair, it was initially criticized by some of France's leading artists and intellectuals for its design, but it has become a global cultural icon of France and one of the most recognisable structures in the world
The Disneyland in Paris is considered one of the most beautiful Disneylands of the parks all over the world. Following the success of Walt Disney World in Florida, plans to build a similar theme park in Europe emerged in 1972.
