This explains how George and Lennie having to go through tough times because of how Lennie is always getting into trouble, but they're trying to overcome it since they care for each other and want to achieve their dream of owning their own land. So to achieve this dream they work together to get closer and closer towards their dream.
"Finally one day, after many weeks of practicing, he stood alone for a few seconds. When he fell, I grabbed him in my arms and hugged him, our laughter pealing through the swamp like a ringing bell. Now we knew it could be done,"(598).
This illustrates that the narrator and Doodle successfully accomplished the narrators dream of having a brother to run and play with. Even though it took a while both of them didn't give up and continued with fulfilling the dream together.
Cinderella is about a wicked stepmother and two jealous stepsisters who keep her enslaved and in rags, Cinderella stands no chance of attending the royal ball. With the help of her animal friends, she fixes up an old dress of her mother's so she can attend the ball. However, when her evil stepsisters brutally tear the dress apart, she is heartbroken and fears that her dreams will never come true. Until her fairy godmother appears and magically transforms her reality into a dream come true, restoring Cinderella's hope by transforming her torn homemade gown into her now blue ball gown Cinderella attracts Prince Charming at the ball then soon later marries the prince and lives happily ever after.
