Promise of Freedom From Anxiety God's Promises

Philippians 4:6-7 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (NIV)
Come on, aren't there some things you should worry about?

God says, "Do not be anxious about ANYTHING."

But, with EVERYTHING that would even slightly worry you, there is a solution. God says, "Just ask me to resolve your situation."

But, when you ask God, your request must come with thanksgiving. What does that mean? It means that you ask God fully believing he will keep his promise. You even thank him in advance for the solution. Thank him in advance for the peace that he will bring. The prayer offered in faith will make the difference!

What is God's promise?

He promises peace that goes beyond a state of mind. He wants to affect your whole body, soul and spirit with his peace. This is a deeply satisfying peace... a peace the pushes out all anxiety.

Take God up on this promise. He doesn't want you living with even a small amount of anxiety.

Ask with thanksgiving. Peace will come.
