How to Stay Healthy

Eat a well balanced meal with all your food sourses including dairy, protien, cards, and fruits/vegtables

Obesity effects the hearts function. People who are over weight or obese are at a higher risk for heart diseases.

In order to stay healthy it is a good idea to participate on a sports team. If you can't join a sports team try and stay active.
