December 9: Not going to lie on an average day it is the hardest thing to just wake up and go through my daily routine, but yesterday was different and exciting, today is the start of my religion tour. I grabbed my passport and my luggage and said my farewells. My 1st stop was to gorgeous India. Not only was I excited to see the bright intriguing colors that make up India but also the captivating religion of Hinduism. The flight was about 20 hours so I am glad to be back on my feet.
December 10: Finally in Agra, India and I found myself desperate to see the beautiful piece of architecture that is the Taj Mahal. I was astonished to walk up to it! I couldn't believe my eyes. Did You know: Taj Mahal means crown of the palace! It looks like a crown too!!! The Taj Mahal was built for Emperor Shah Jahan's dead loved one, he made it just for her tomb. Talk about relationship goals!
December 11: Sadly my time in India was over and it was time to go down under to Australia! The trip wasn't too excruciating only 10 hours. So I flew to Australia and met up with my fellow Aussie Lara Deinkens. We went to the Nan Tien Temple. The Nan Tien Temple is the largest Buddhist temple in the southern hemisphere. It is actually one of the cutest places I have ever seen, they have cute little buddhas scattered everywhere
December 13: I decided to stay an extra day in Australia to catch up with some friends and go scuba diving LOL!! After my rest day I traveled to Jerusalem for 2 reasons. 1st I went to the Holy temple which looked like a palace! It was... I can not even put it into words who BEAUTIFUL it was. This temple is a worship site for the religion of judaism. The 2nd stop in Jerusalem was to the Dome Of The Rock it is said to be where Jesus was resurrected. The Dome of the Rock looks like a blue rectangle with a golden sphere on top. The cool thing is this building is sacred to christianity and judaism.
December 14: My last stop is to an Islamic mosque commonly known as the Masjid. The Masjid Al- Haram is in saudi Arabia so I spent the 14th traveling. The Masjid Al-Haram is the most beautiful mosque currently, probably because it is HUGE!!!! It is Islamic's holiest place of worship so it was an honor to go see it:)
December 15: I absolutely adore traveling the world but every trip has to end sadly. I said my farewells to all the beautiful diverse landscape and headed back to my humble abode in California. This has to be one of my favorite trips ever glad I could be apart of it:)
