Annual Parent Survey

Collegium values parental input and each spring we ask families to complete our annual survey. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be emailed to families on Monday, May 1st and will be available until Wednesday, May 10th. Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the survey promptly.

We want to know what Collegium is doing well and how Collegium can improve. Your answers help lead to changes and new programs at Collegium. Scores from our survey also impact the bonuses and salaries of all Collegium employees. In the first section of the survey, our goal is that our families "strongly agree" with the statements or reply "Yes". If you feel differently, please use the open-ended question to let us know how we can improve.

From the CCS Home and School Association (HSA)

Serving in a capacity similar to a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) or Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), our HSA owes its success to the efforts of our many parent, teacher, and staff volunteers!

PAWsitive Praise

It's Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week! The HSA sends a HUGE shout-out to all of the amazing teachers, administrators, and staff at CCS. You go above and beyond each day for our children and truly help them BLOOM! Thank you!

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week

It's that time of year again! Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week is May 1st – May 5th. This week is dedicated to showing our amazing teachers and staff how thankful we are for the way CCS employees help our children bloom.

We are looking for donations and volunteers to help with this year’s luncheon. Please access the link below to sign up.

The HSA knows that it will be wonderful to show our CCS employees how much we value them all week long, and we even created a helpful B.L.O.O.M. schedule for the daily theme (below).

We are asking for your daily participation to make this a fun and meaningful week for students and CCS employees. Your participation will be appreciated, but is certainly not mandatory - just consider how much or how little you're able to celebrate.

We even created a helpful survey for Collegium employees to complete so you can learn some of their likes and preferences. To view a spreadsheet showing the survey results, please access the link below. Don't see your child's teacher or is a special CCS employee missing from the results? Just email the individual(s) directly and request their preferences.
