Graduates' Chapel

One of the benefits of being a small college is the unique ability for the entire student and staff body to feel like family. Students spend hours each week over multiple years getting to know one another, learning together, growing together, putting up with one another, and developing mentor relationships with the staff. At the end of a degree program, the result is a long journey, full of challenge and growth, to look back on and rejoice over. During chapel time on Tuesday, each of our graduates shared their reflections on their time here: how they were impacted by the school, what they learned, defining moments, and how they grew. It was a raw, authentic and truly sweet time of laughing with, crying with, and celebrating our graduates and the grace of God in their lives. We are so proud of your perseverance and growth!

Alumni Luncheon

Director of Alumni Relations Josiah Richardson organized ABC's first Alumni Luncheon since we moved to Palmer! Held in the historic Palmer Train Depot, it was wonderful time of reconnecting and blending together as multiple generations of the same Alaska Bible College family. We look forward to further developing and deepening relationships with all who have come up through our institution!

Baccalaureate and Awards Chapel

We took our final chapel session to honor our graduates and award those who stood out in certain areas over the course of the year

Each of our graduates received a fine, handcrafted Bible as a graduation gift from the school

Braden Gerber. Degree program: Bachelor of Arts
Crystal Pio-Templeton. Degree program: Bachelor of Arts
Anthony Irsik. Degree program: Associate of Arts
Katie Olson was this year's winner of the Philip A. Wall Memorial Scholarship. Well done Katie!
The Timothy Award, an appreciation award voted for by the collective student body, was given to Noël Maxwell, our Library Director! She is a walking encouragement to and supporter of everyone she encounters and carries an overwhelming presence of being for others.

Awards in absentia

There were three other award winners who were not present to be presented with their award because they were too busy out being the kind of people that get these awards! A big thank you to these three standout individuals that impact their environments on and off campus for Christ!
