Acrylic Paint, Jewellery, Mixed Media

For 15 years my work as a professional artist has been Morning Moon Nature Jewelry. For decades, I had yearned to paint but fear of not being “good” paralyzed me. Along came 2020. With 2 young kids to Covid-homeschool, an art-based business to keep in the air while navigating a divorce, I learned I had a tumour requiring immediate surgery. Something came into focus in a very big way: I had to let myself paint. So, I let myself play. And now, the work joyfully tumbles out of me. And I let it. My work is joyful, vibrant & happy. It is an absolute celebration of colour, texture, & freedom

About the North Shore Art Crawl

Each spring, The North Shore Art Crawl celebrates the talent of local artists, as local studios, community and commercial galleries, and art schools, open their doors to the public to display their work and share their passion. This year, the 2021 Online North Shore Art Crawl is a month-long virtual event from March 12 - April 12, 2021. You are invited to scroll and swipe your way across the North Shore, exploring artist webpages showcasing creative processes, practices and exhibitions. This is a great opportunity for local visitors and remote browsers to meet the talented artists of the North Shore.
