Bob Tuttle Bio Just A Little About Me

Robert A Tuttle Jr. (Bob) was born at the end of December 1946.

If it had not been for Drafting, Music, and Track/Cross country, I probably would not have made it out of Highschool. I guess I could also include shop, but music was the big one, being in the Jazz band, prep band, Orchestra, marching band, and bands outside of school.

US Navy From 1964-68 flying EC/WC 121 Super Connies

After Highschool, I did one quarter at San Mateo JC and then joined the Navy. The Navy sent me to electronics school and then to computer school. We were one of 5 air squadrons to have computers for computing true positioning.

After graduating from DVC with an AA-AS degree, I went to UC Berbeley and received my teaching credentials. I then taught electronics and computer design at DVC along with teaching seminars at UC Berkeley and Stanford. I did go on to get a BS and MBA degrees. Teaching became my passion, and has continued.

Today I find myself wearing many hats, but the one I like the most is when I am teaching others about hardware and software technology that help them expand their imagination.
