To create this picture, I set a levels adjustment layer then set a color balance adjustment. I put the cyan/red slider to 5 and the yellow/blue slider to -10. Also, a vibrance adjustment layer was added at the end and I increased the vibrance to 62.
I created a color balance layer and set the cyan to 39, magenta to 37, and yellow to 37. I increased the color balances to make the colors stand out more, instead of being dull like in the before picture. I increased the vibrance and brightness of the picture so the picture is clearer to see.
To create this image, I filled the background layer with black then locked the transparent pixels on both of the type layers. Then, I created a red and green gradient swatch and adjusted the colors so it faded from yellow to red.
I used the magic wand tool and changed the tolerance to 8. I saved three selections in the channels panel and filled the selections with colors of my choice.
I chose the blue, yellow, blue gradient swatch in the Photoshop program. I clicked on the radial gradient button on the tools bar and dragged from left to right for one inch, creating this effect.
I duplicated the background layer and then created a replace color adjustment. I dragged the fuzziness slider to 40 then got a sample of the light teal on the door using in the before picture using the eyedropper tool. I then dragged the fuzziness slider up to 70 and the hue slider to 175
This image was created by duplicating the background layer and dragged the saturation slider all the way left. I then created a black & white adjustment layer. Used the fill layer to fill the girl's face with black.
