This is a full list of bills passed by the House of Representatives during the week of May 21, 2018.

Bills heading to the governor’s desk:

• HB 566 (Rep. James Santora, R-Delaware): Amends the Contractor and Subcontractor Act to allow for suspension of performance and for prompt payment. House concurred in Senate amendments. Vote: 175-16. HB 566 now goes to the governor’s desk.

• HB 1952 (Rep. Ron Marsico, R-Dauphin): Amends the Judicial Code regarding the registration of sexual offenders. House concurred in Senate amendments. Vote: 191-0. HB 1952 now goes to the governor’s desk.

• SB 234 (Sen. John Blake, D-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Monroe): Authorizes municipalities or counties to establish, by resolution or ordinance, a property assessed clean energy program, defined as a means of financing clean energy projects, water conservation projects or alternative energy systems in a district through an assessment. Vote: 163-28. SB 234 now goes to the governor’s desk.

• SB 880 (Sen. Wayne Langerholc, R-Bedford/Cambria/Clearfield): Standardizes the current truck-trailer combination width for all trucks at 8 feet, 6 inches (102 inches), while allowing for exemptions for narrow roadways. Vote: 171-4. SB 880 now goes to the governor’s desk.

Bills heading to the Senate for consideration or concurrence:

• HB 760 (Rep. David Maloney, R-Berks): Designates Sept. 27 of each year as “First Responders Day” in Pennsylvania. Vote: 175-0. HB 760 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 1197 (Rep. Dom Costa, D-Allegheny): Adds animal fighting to the list of offenses that are enforceable under the state’s racketeering provisions. Vote: 175-0. HB 1197 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2044 (Rep. Stephen Bloom, R-Cumberland): Bridge designation: Marine Lance Corporal Edward Rykoskey Memorial Bridge. Vote: 192-0. HB 2044 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2162 (Rep. Thomas Murt, R-Montgomery/Philadelphia): Highway designation: First Lieutenant Geoffrey Lawrence Ham Memorial Highway. Vote: 191-0. HB 2162 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2205 (Rep. James Roebuck, D-Philadelphia): Requires career and technical education programs to establish Occupational Advisory Committees. Vote: 191-0. HB 2205 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2256 (Rep. Jesse Topper, R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton): Bridge designation: Marine Lance Corporal Darrell Magruder Memorial Bridge. Vote: 192-0. HB 2256 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2257 (Rep. Jesse Topper, R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton): Bridge designation: First Lieutenant Eric Fisher Wood Jr. Memorial Bridge. Vote: 192-0. HB 2257 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2264 (Rep. Michael Hanna, R-Centre/Clinton): Highway designation: CPL Milford H. Wensel Memorial Highway. Vote: 192-0. HB 2264 now goes to the Senate for consideration.

• HB 2297 (Rep. John Taylor, R-Philadelphia): Corrects information in the existing highway designation for the Lance Corporal Michael L. Freeman Jr. Memorial Highway. Vote: 192-0. HB 2297 now goes to the Senate for consideration.
