Charles darwin was a british naturalist who developed the modern theory of evolution. Charles darwin is from Shrewsbury, England.From 1818 to 1825, Charles Darwin attended the renowned Anglican institution Shrewsbury School, and at age 16, he went to Edinburgh University to study medicine. In 1828, he transferred to Christ's College, Cambridge, to pursue Anglican divinity studies and become a parson.At 16 he studied medicine at Edinburgh University.he sailed there to map the continent's coastline it lasted five years.while darwin was there he studied and collected hundreds of species of plants and animals.
