3 questions to ask your customers…

1. Describe our business in 3 words.

Add the answers to your hashtags online, use the answers as quotes, would you agree, can you improve them?

2. Tell us why you buy our products.

Find out what your customers think are your strengths and build on it, read between the lines to see what’s missing so you can improve your weaknesses.

3. Where else do you shop for similar?

Find out who your competitors are and research them – what do they do better? How do they market themselves?
