A: A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. It gives you the ability to save or send tickets at any time.

A: NO. Your secure digital ticket has a new barcode that updates every 15 seconds. Your mobile ticket must be provided through your mobile web browser or downloaded to your Apple Wallet/Google Pay.

Q: Can I have multiple tickets on a single device?

A: YES. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within a single event, however, transferring each attendee their ticket is the preferred way of entering Raymond James Stadium.

Q: Will the person I transfer the ticket to need a Ticketmaster account?

A: Yes. If they don't already, they can create one when they accept the ticket(s).

Q: What if my entire group isn't with me when I'm ready to enter?

A: Transfer tickets to your group in advance – so you don't have to wait to get into the event. You can transfer each member their ticket individually prior to arrival. Follow our step-by-step transfer process for instructions on how to do so.

A: Yes, tickets can be transferred up to two hours after kickoff.

A: That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If you continue to have issues go to the Raymond James Stadium Ticket Office located in the south end zone between gates C & D.

Q: What if my phone is not compatible?

A: Any smartphone that can browse the Internet can load a mobile ticket. If you do not have a smartphone, go to the Raymond James Stadium Ticket Office (Between gates C & D) on game day with your photo ID to have your tickets printed.

Q: Where is the Raymond James Stadium Ticket Office located?

A: The Raymond James Stadium Ticket Office is located in the South Plaza between Gates C and D and will open at 10:30 a.m. on game day for the Outback Bowl.
