Bucks Blank Ohio University

In the first competition of spring action, the Buckeyes bested Ohio University in all 4 sets played, emerging victorious over the visiting Bobcats. The team was led by rising sophomore outside hitter Mia Grunze contributing 19 points, followed by rising junior middle blocker Lauren Witte who tallied 14 points via 12 kills on a .706 clip with two blocks. Freshman setter Mac Podraza made her debut in the Scarlet and Gray, setting the offense to a .261 hitting efficiency, while liberos Hannah Gruensfelder and Camry Halm combined to dig 25 balls for the Buckeyes.
