How to Log In to Adobe Credential Manager Adobe Certification & Credential Management System

Choosing your Login Portal

Logging in to your Adobe Credential Manager account can be achieved two ways, through the Partner Portal or the Adobe Certification page.

You must have an Adobe ID to log in to Adobe Credential Manager. If you do not have an Adobe ID click here to learn how to create one.

The Partner Portal

Partners can log in to their Adobe Credential Manager account using the partner portal. Click on the Sign In or Join Now button in the top navigation menu.

The Certifications Page

Adobe Credential Manager can also be accessed from the Certifications page. You can use the Sign In link in the top navigation menu or the Register Now button on the landing page.

Logging In with Your Adobe ID

After you have clicked on one of the previous links, you will be redirected to enter your Adobe ID.

New Profile Setup

You will be asked to complete this step if you have never created an Adobe Credential Manager account.

If you did not previously have a Adobe Credential Manager profile set up you will see a red banner informing you that your profile information is incomplete. Click on the blue Profile link to finish filling in your profile.

After you have clicked on Profile you will be taken to My Profile page to update your demographic information.

Upon completion, you can select the Update/Confirm button on the bottom of the screen.

Note : If you have previously created an Adobe Credential Manager account with an email address that is different to your Adobe ID email address, a new account will be created for you automatically. To learn how to access your old account click here.

Update Your Settings

You will be asked to complete this step if you have an Adobe Credential Manager account but have never logged in.

When you open your dashboard for the first time you will be prompted to update your settings. Click on settings to update your information.

To update your profile information, enter your selection for the outstanding questions on the page. After completed, click on the update/confirm button and a notification will appear informing you that the settings successfully changed. Click on the home link in the navigation bar to return to your home page.

Returning to the Adobe Credential Management Home Page

After updating your profile and settings, your home page should be completely clear without alerts or notifications.
