"Now it was too late to change anything." (Part 1, Pg 47) This passage connects to the theme "beware the destructive danger of fear" because when you have fear of trying new things you don't discover the things that you may hate or may love. Trying new things give you ways to also learn new things. If you were to do the same thing every single day you would eventually regret the things that you didn't try or the risks that you didn't take. You will realize that you didn't do it because of fear.
"One is loved because one is loved, No reason is needed for loving." (Part 2, Pg 126) This passage connects to the theme "Have the ability to love and let go" because if you let your dreams be stopped because of love for another person, that will get in the way of achieving your dreams. Your partner will know that you love them but will also know that they were the reason why you stopped following your dreams. They will feel sorry for you and you will even feel sorry for yourself over time. You will wish that you had done what you wanted and you will be angry. Those emotions will make your relationship with your partner become stressful and may eventually stop. So always be able to love someone and let go knowing that they love you back just as much.
"The boy knew the desert sensed his fear." (Part 2, Pg 148) This passage connects to the theme "Beware the destructive danger of fear" because if you give in to fear it will stop you from your true potential. Say you want to get a nicer body, if you are embarrassed to go to the gym and workout because you don't want people to make fun of you then you won't get the body that you want. You have to be confident and accept your body for how it is. Just like for anything else in life, confidence and consistency is the key to success. So don't let stupid fear get in the way of your dreams and you will become successful.
