For breakfast I usually have milk with cereals, almonds, Oats and cappuccino
But sometimes I have cereals with blueberries, banana, raspberries, strawberries and a little bit of honey.
I think that it is enough to eat the first dish because I have proteins (almonds, milk), carboidrats (cereals), fibers (oats), caffeine (coffee), vitamins (milk) and fats (milk)
But I think that it isn't enough to eat the second dish because there aren't any proteins or fats. Then I should have for example a brioche and oats or almonds.
For lunch i usually have for first dIsh pasta with cheese, tomato or pesto.
for second Dish i should have An egg and tea without sugar but i take anyway Tea with sugar
I think that I should have some vegetables because I need some vitamins and fibers like salad, courgettes, tomatoes or cauliflowers.
For break i have some yogurt With goji berRies, oats and almonds.
Or I have a cup of tea or fruit
For dinner I sometimes Have pizza
I think to have pizza once a week is good for a student because I need to become tall (maybe).
