Both the A team and B team went undefeated all season long! you may be thinking "Surely they have done this recently, right?" not for awhile actually its pretty hard to go undefeated all season long even for NCAA or NBA teams it takes a lot of effort and work to go undefeated. All we are saying is that the cougars did a great job this season and we hope we get to see it again in the next couple years.

Questions asked by: Hayden Steele

Answered by: Mr. Gorman

Q: Do you remember, or have you heard of, any notable/memorable events in Cougar history?

A: One our biggest events is the Staff Basketball Game that we have each year.

Q: What made it a notable/memorable event?

A: It is a great event that almost all staff and all students get involved with. We have staff members playing in the game, staff on the dance team and numerous staff members working behind the scenes to make it happen.

Q: Did this event/game feature any notable people/players?

A: One memory that comes to mind is the year that Dr. Bessolo made her debut in the game.

Q: What do you think was the best part of this experience?

A: The whole team was working hard to get Dr. Bessolo in a spot to get her first bucket of the game. She was underneath the basket with a wide open shot. The crowd was going crazy (because she was 0-11 at that point) and they sensed that it was her time. She made the shot and the crowd went wild! It was good to see all the students so into that moment.

Q: Would you think a moment like this would happen again?

A: I highly anticipate more drama in this years game!
