Date of earthquake: June 9th, 1994 in La Paz, Bolivia

The magnitude of the earthquake was 8.2 and the depth of it was 31km

The La Paz earthquake consisted of mostly subduction and aftershock waves, since the magnitude was above 7.5 this created more aftershock. Also the plates mainly moved in 20km to 40km intervals.

The population ranged from all ages, their national culture is Hispanic. Bolivians were named after Simon Bolivar. Bolivia consists of a lot of high mountain ranges and tropical areas and grass lands.

After the earthquake occurred there was no damage immediately reported, other than a few injuries and deaths. There were cracks in th road and buildings had collapsed.
