Online classes for DBEE students

Online classes for DBEE students started from May 10, 2020. The classes are running for 2 semesters ( I & III) and classes run 6 days a week for semester I and 4 days a week for semester III.

Budget Management System (BMS) software testing

Existing BMS software was upgraded during the lock down period and was tested in 1st week of June to identify bugs and errors so as to debug before providing official orientation to all the staff members.

Project proposal for upcoming fiscal year

new project proposal has been finalized and submitted to Social Welfare Council.

Trainers are being oriented about the contents virtually beforehand.

Essential Critical Care training was conducted in 3 hospitals.

  • Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Rupandehi
  • Bheri Hospital, Nepalgunj
  • Seti Provincial Hosptial, Kailali

The training were conducted on June 8-9, 2020 simultaneously. And it was monitored virtually by Trainers of Anesthesiologist doctors from NAMS and representatives of NHTC.

Research on hospital readiness for coping with COVID-19

A research has been planned to study and analyse the readiness of government hospitals all over Nepal to cope COVID-19. For this, latest MSS data of all primary & secondary A hospitals and some other hospital data collected by HSP team before and during lock down will be used.

The study will be conducted by NSI research team, Dr. Ruma Rajbhandari and Dr. Subarna Shrestha.
