Running RestoredAm Faith After Losing My Olympic Dream By sara aref

This is Amalia Biro

Amalia Biro used to be a horseback rider and her dream was to be part of the Olympics.

One day Amalia fell of her horse, she couldn't walk for a long while and she never rode another horse from that day on.

"The turning point was when a good friend of mine was running a 5K and asked me to come with her. It was a first for her as well, and the idea of doing it together somehow made it less intimidating."

This a video about running your first marathon, tips and tricks!

Her story was featured in the book "Live, Travel, Eat, and Run"
