The Weekly CAHPS News

New Announcements

Spring Conference Times:

Thursday, March 19th 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM - By Invitation Only

Friday, March 20th 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Drop In

We understand this is a bit of a challenging time as Term 2 grades will have been finalized and Term 3 will have just gotten underway. Our goal is to meet with families to make a plan for students to be successful in Term 3. We encourage parents to email teachers at any point that you have questions or concerns about a class! Provided the limited amount of time we have to meet with families and students, conferences will be partially filled by invitation only. Teachers will be reaching out to you if they would like to discuss your student's progress at school and schedule a specific conference time on Thursday evening, 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Teachers will primarily be contacting Freshmen and Sophomore families and any Seniors that may not be on track to graduate. If you would like to meet with a teacher and do not hear about a conference, plan on dropping in Friday, March 20 8:00 AM- 12:30 PM.

Junior College Night

Thursday night, March 19th there will be a College and Career Night - more information to come, mark your calendars because you won't want to miss this informative meeting!
