About Your Trainer

I've always wanted to help people and wondered how I could do that. What could I do to help people make their lives better?

I started by getting my Master's in Social Work with a Mental Health Certificate at the University of Pittsburgh. I thought I could be people's ear. Help people better their lives and help themselves. I could be the best therapist I could be.

I studied hard, made good grades, and finished my internships, and school. But I still had an overwhelming feeling of loss. I didn't feel fulfilled like I thought I would.

Previously, I had became a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and remembered having so much fun when I was training. After graduation, I went through a rough year where I felt my only option was suicide, to end it all. I felt I had nothing left, so I leaned on that training and turned to the gym.

And it saved me...

The Time is Now

Was it the only thing that saved me?

NO. I started meds, I got out of the house, I worked a lot, I made lists, I kept going. It was the hardest two years of my life thus far.


I realized investing in myself was saving me. I built confidence. I became the version of myself I never thought I could be. I was finally real. I am not perfect and never will claim to be. I do not expect perfection from anyone.

I expect everyone I work with to be real with me the same as I will be with them. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet, not a program, not some gimmick.

What I offer is authenticity - to be your guide to being the best version of yourself.

  • To give you real, obtainable goals, not perfection
  • To double check your form and ensure you can do this for a lifetime
  • To help you know you belong here and have every right to be in the gym
  • To make you realize you don't have to start over you can just continue on your journey
